This is a highly technical and collaborative role with leadership responsibilities that include planning, directing, and coordinating engineering teams and for the development of policies and procedures concerned with engineering discipline. Provide increased discipline oversight on high risk or high value engineering problems and designs. Provides technical expertise to clients, leadership and other professionals by helping solve the most difficult engineering challenges. Participates in development of business strategy, leads multidisciplinary projects and initiatives, and proactively identifies and solves complex problems that impact the direction of the business. This role will act as a thought leader for the Engineering discipline, and have broad and comprehensive expertise in theories, technologies and techniques of the discipline as well. Requires the development, management and delivery of Engineering initiatives that align with overall vision and goals.
