The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic Principal External Wholesaler to join Hamilton Lane’s Private Wealth Solutions team, with a primary focus on RIA relationships across the New York City and New Jersey metro area. In this role, you will be responsible for originating and deepening advisor relationships, driving adoption of Hamilton Lane’s private markets solutions and growing assets across your territory. You will work closely with internal wholesalers, National Accounts, Product and senior leadership to deliver differentiated market insights, portfolio construction guidance and private markets expertise tailored to the needs of RIAs and their end clients. This is a visible, production-oriented role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
