About The Position

Responsible as team lead for defining, implementing and supporting advanced analytics solutions and capabilities for implementation and maintenance of programs across the Nuclear Business Unit. Determines workload and priority for the team. Provides expertise in the integration, analysis and wrangling of data in support of using technology solutions to reduce the cost of compliance and monitor fleet performance. Manipulates/analyzes complex datasets with a variety of tools; communicates results clearly and concisely to provide insight to multiple audiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Statistics, Analytics or related IT degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in an analytics environment.
Expertise in SQL Comfortable working with large, complex data sets - drawing conclusions and proposing recommendations.
Proven ability to effectively partner, collaborate, and communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues in various business functions at all levels.
Hands-on experience constructing visual analytics with SAP products.
Working knowledge of an analytics data warehouse and big data platforms.
Familiarity with fundamentals of data pipelines, statistics and probability.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to wrangle data.
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a team.

Nice To Haves

Nuclear industry experience.
Familiarity with fundamentals of data pipelines, statistics and probability.
Proficient programming experience in SQL / Python / M-Code.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Hands-on experience constructing visual analytics with SAP Business Objects.
Web Intelligence and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Responsibilities
