In this role, you will lead HR strategic projects to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity, aligned to business needs and global People strategy. You will identify and lead HR operational improvement opportunities, leveraging best practices, synergies and alignment across sites. You will develop and manage the HR project portfolio strategy to identify projects, initiatives, and optimize the value delivery for the business. Additionally, you will develop BU HR reporting and analytics capability to support business decisions, critical discussions and continuous improvement. You will lead regional workforce planning activities to enable proactive and effective workforce management (i.e. absenteeism management). As a BU People Change Practitioner, you will enhance change management capability across the BU and sites by ensuring change management strategy and tools are embedded into HR Projects. You will also act as the regional project lead for global HR projects, ensuring local context is considered in program design and execution. Furthermore, you will oversee BU HRLT Teams sites and content, lead BU People planning and budget process, actuals reporting and full potential tracking, ensuring that resources are applied efficiently and effectively to achieve the organization's goals. You will assist the BU People Head with presentation deliverables, talking points, and special projects as needed.
