The Principal Patriot Program Quality Lead (PQL) in Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS), will aid US and/or foreign programs within the portfolio and work as an employee at our Tewksbury or Andover, MA location. You will promote and execute with a quality mindset, practices, knowledge transfer, and collaboration. This individual will assist in the implementation of Mission Area strategic quality improvements across contracts. This role will work to ensure the effective implementation of Quality and Mission Assurance requirements of the programs, and interface with US Government Customers, Foreign Customers, Suppliers, and our internal Raytheon Quality team. The Patriot portfolio includes contracts in all Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) phases, including design and development, production, and sustainment. This is an “Onsite” role in Andover, MA.
