About The Position

The Partner Program Manager (PPM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the technical and operational success of Arm's most advanced customer silicon programs. Acting as a trusted liaison and program orchestrator, the PPM drives collaboration across internal and customer teams to achieve seamless integration of Arm technology into complex SoCs and systems. As part of the core Account Team—alongside the Account Manager and Field Application Engineer (FAE)—the PPM owns the end-to-end execution of our customer silicon programs. This includes managing delivery commitments, maintaining strong technical relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring partner satisfaction throughout the silicon lifecycle—from concept to mass production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Applications Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional technology programs, ideally in the semiconductor or SoC domain.
  • Strong understanding of IP and SoC development lifecycles, from pre-silicon through production.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging with executive-level audiences.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical abilities; capable of managing competing priorities calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of customer silicon programs — from planning and design through validation, ramp, and lifecycle management.
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-Line of Business (LoB) coordination, ensuring aligned priorities and seamless execution across Arm and customer teams.
  • Manage integrated program governance, managing schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables through structured reporting and reviews.
  • Act as a primary customer interface, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear communication on status, risks, and priorities.
  • Oversee pre- and post-silicon execution, driving IP delivery, tape-out readiness, bring-up, and production enablement.
  • Deliver executive dashboards and performance insights to track outcomes, highlight progress, and drive measurable success.
  • Champion continuous improvement by sharing best practices and lessons learned across programs.
