As a Principal Partner Manager, you will strategically expand and accelerate partner-sourced revenue by autonomously enabling dozens of partner sales teams and hundreds of partner sales representatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, including developing and delivering advanced training(s), administering comprehensive certifications, leading field enablement initiatives, and ensuring partners possess the optimal collateral and processes to effectively sell Electric. This role requires a high degree of independence and collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive significant adoption and measurable outcomes, operating at a level of influence and responsibility comparable to a manager, but without direct reports.
