About The Position
Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Organization Change Management, Organization Design, Communications and/or Learning experience within several of our focus industries. The successful applicant will have experience developing and implementing change management programs that mitigate the risks associated with process and technology changes in order to ensure business continuity and value realization. Applicant should have experience with solutions including but not limited to OCM strategies and plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, job and organizational design, HR policy alignment, change impact assessments, business readiness planning and assessments, and culture change.
