Electric Operations ensures the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable energy to nearly 16 million people in Northern and Central California. The Electric Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the electric grid's reliability and resiliency through the ongoing maintenance and operations of PG&E's 100,000 miles of distribution lines and over 18,000 miles of Transmission lines. The Portfolio Operations group is primarily responsible for Portfolio Management of PG&E's Electric annual Workplan delivery in order to meet the Company's obligations in a reliable and economic manner. As part of this function, the group is tasked with providing data driven execution insights, leveraging our Lean Playbook to monitor and improve our annual work delivery, and ensure appropriate Portfolio level management of our overall annual budget and workplan. This includes the integration of Lean Visual Management tools into Operating Review forums and ensures that data outputs are embedded into standard operational processes. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location is flexible within the PG&E Service Territory. PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. A reasonable salary range is: Bay Area Minimum: $136,000 Bay Area Maximum: $232,000 OR California Minimum: $147,000 California Maximum: $252,000
