More info at Akidolabs.com . The Opportunity Akido is a rapidly growing organization with teams distributed globally across clinical care, technology, operations, and corporate functions. As an Operations Architect , your role is to build the stitching that keeps this complexity moving in rhythm by designing the shared systems, workflows, and tools that allow teams to operate effectively together. You will work across nearly every function at Akido from finance, HR, IT, legal, product, and operations, to create systems of working that meet the needs of different teams while maintaining clarity and consistency across the organization. A key part of the role will be implementing and driving adoption of company-wide productivity and AI tools that improve how teams access knowledge, collaborate, and execute work. This is a highly cross-functional role reporting to the Chief of Staff , ideal for someone who enjoys turning organizational complexity into clear, scalable operating systems.
