As a Principal at IQVIA, you will provide deep subject matter expertise in patient-centric analytics utilizing real-world data to design the right-sized commercial and analytical backbone enabling executive leadership, marketing, and sales to make data-driven decisions. You will seek out and develop new business as well as maintain existing business and relationships with companies, providing subject matter expertise, excellent client service, and sales leadership.   • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Provide trustworthy client guidance during the development process using therapy knowledge and real-world data expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure an outstanding client experience.
  • Create and present client-specific proposals that result in winning business.
  • Participate and support IQVIA Account Teams in establishing account planning strategy.
  • Achieve growth and revenue targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Act as the primary owner of client engagements to ensure deliverable quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex data-driven analytical solutions.
  • Provide actionable insights and guidance to internal and external teams.
  • Manage project scope while accommodating changes in client needs.
  • Gather market and client intelligence to provide strategic feedback to strengthen offerings.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master preferred or equivalent.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years relevant sales and/or account management or consulting experience.
  • Experience with medical claims and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of key marketplace issues for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Superior business development skills and excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
