About The Position
The Principal Network SRE at Lumen is responsible for leading and driving the daily activities of the team, mentoring and coaching team members, and managing the implementation of Lumen's Network as a Service (NaaS). This role involves providing technical direction, resolving systemic issues, and ensuring production readiness across various network topologies and applications. The Principal SRE will also develop tools for automation and oversee system performance, while collaborating with multiple teams to enhance operational efficiency.
