About The Position

As a strategic leader in navigation systems, you will design and integrate advanced navigation solutions by leveraging advanced technologies such as RF portfolios and AI. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in PNT, navigation systems, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of GNSS and augmentation systems.
  • Experience with inertial sensors and navigation algorithms.
  • Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB and Python.
  • Experience with real-world data collection, calibration, and system testing.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and communication skills.
  • US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop PNT solutions, including GNSS-based systems, inertial navigation, vision-based navigation, and multi-sensor fusion architectures.
  • Analyze and improve positioning, navigation, and timing performance under diverse operational environments.
  • Develop, tune, and validate navigation algorithms, including Kalman filters and tightly/loosely coupled fusion.
  • Model and simulate PNT systems to predict performance and support system design decisions.
  • Conduct GNSS signal analysis, including interference detection and resilience enhancement.
  • Lead integration and testing in laboratory and field environments.
  • Support system architecture development by providing expert input on PNT requirements and performance budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineering.
  • Document and communicate findings, presenting test results and recommendations.
