About The Position

As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will design and develop new systems, major components within existing systems, playing a key role in driving and maintaining engineering excellence. You'll partner with other architects, product manages, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and high-impact capabilities. You will help contribute to the technical vision, elevate development practices, operational efficiency, team ownership, and mentoring culture. You will write secure, maintainable, and robust code along with comprehensive tests. You will actively participate in planning and risk mitigation for systems and services across the organization. You'll work independently on most projects, and may occasionally manage a small team to deliver business value. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration, learning and innovation.
