Join Formlabs as a Principal Mechanical Engineer to help reinvent the 3D printing industry. You will be responsible for architecting, prototyping, building, and designing the hardware systems of our next-generation 3D printers. This role involves making key system decisions that impact the performance and reliability of our products. You will work with a team of mechanical, systems, and electrical engineers to push the capabilities of 3D printing by creating innovative solutions to challenging problems. Your work will include prototyping new systems, mechanisms, and testing materials while addressing 3D printing challenges. You will also be responsible for the design and engineering of high-performance 3D printers that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
