Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a portfolio showcasing innovative product design from concept to production and leadership experience, particularly in high-volume markets and/or motion systems
- Extensive expertise in mechanical design principles, product development, and technology integration.
- Must be able to provide mentorship as the subject matter expert in mechanical engineering to the other mechanical engineers while being an individual contributor.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software, engineering simulation tools, and modern design methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and customer facing skills
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with patents, publications, leadership roles in mechanical design, or strategic business acumen.
