This position requires leading, performing, mentoring, and providing technical expertise on cooled and uncooled turbine components design and analysis.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for providing technical expertise as a program team leader in the identification and development of new products.
- Lead the design effort and be technically responsible for the project.
- Provide reports to internal and customer senior stakeholders.
- Lead proposals to address future business opportunities, value engineering and program/process changes.
- Act as a key focal point for driving and implementing goals and objectives and are recognized by business management as primary technical authority.
