We are seeking an experienced Principal Manufacturing Software Engineer to lead our team's software development and factory support efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems that interact directly with customers, as well as providing technical leadership and support to our factory operations.

  • Lead the development and implementation of software systems for factory operations, including those that interact directly with customers
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including software development, factory operations, and customer support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs
  • Design, develop, and implement software systems that integrate with factory equipment and manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software and factory operations
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective factory operations
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement software solutions and integrate with factory systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a focus on software development and integration
  • Strong understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts, including programming languages, networking, and version control
  • Ability to debug code and troubleshoot technical issues, with a focus on identifying and resolving root causes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership
  • Strong grasp of data collection, management, and analysis, including:
  • Data collection and integration from various sources
  • Data management and storage solutions
  • Data analysis and visualization techniques
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
  • Experience with RF device manufacturing and testing
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives
