We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.As the Principal Manufacturing/Production Operator, you’ll perform highly specialized and very complex manufacturing or production project assignments of an advanced nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on complex electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Basically, you’ll participate with a concurrent design team, which includes performing very complex state of the art advanced fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment. We’ll also expect you to build or integrate complex hardware for prototypes, assemblies and large complex systems, as well as build complex RF, multi-function cables and harnesses. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. An AA degree or certification in manufacturing area preferred
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Proficient manufacturing process skills
• Ability to interpret highly complex documents, work instructions, engineering change notices, test procedures and schematics
