Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in industrial engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with conflicting priorities.
• Experience applying problem-solving approaches and analytical techniques.
• Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a matrixed working environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare administration or organizational development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex project work across the health system.
