Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, executives, partners, vendors, and internal teams. Serving as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. Supporting utility clients in planning and executing AMI or other utility technology implementations across water, gas, electric, or multi-utility operations. Managing project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and stakeholder expectations. Leading and directing applicable user training and system testing activities. Coaching project personnel and promoting best practices to improve tools, processes, and overall performance. Providing annual thought leadership in these domains through key industry events and forums. Travel required on an as needed basis up to 30% per month. To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of a utility organization and manage client expectations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of AMI, meter-to-cash processes, and utility business practices is essential. Experience working with large water utilities—along with electric and gas utilities—is strongly preferred.
