About The Position

Prince George’s Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated, Christ-centered leader to serve as Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, a passion for Christian education, and proven instructional leadership experience. The principal will provide spiritual, academic, and administrative leadership; support faculty and staff; promote academic excellence; and foster a nurturing, biblically grounded school culture.

Requirements

Active Christian faith and agreement with our Statement of Faith
Master’s degree in education or educational leadership
Administrative certification (as required)
At least 3 years as a principal

Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
Manage daily school operations
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation
Lead hiring, training, and professional development of staff
Maintain strong communication with parents, PGCA leadership, and the community
Foster a safe, nurturing, and disciplined learning environment
Support student character development and discipleship
Encourage extracurricular and enrichment programs
