  • Derive functional, system, and performance requirements
  • Develop systems engineering artifacts (CONOPs, architecture diagrams, etc.)
  • Lead backlog grooming and feature scheduling
  • Write and review technical documentation
  • Serve as team lead and produce status reports
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities
  • Support DoD and Government Certification/Accreditation processes
  • Configure and manage UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Install/load software, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements
  • Maintain network integrity and optimize system performance
  • Provide IT support for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile platforms
  • Manage accounts, access controls, and security procedures
  • Support dispatch systems and hardware issues
  • Conduct system capacity analysis and planning
  • Masters degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Twenty (20) or more years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and virtualization
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Agile methodologies, MS Project, and Visio
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance
