As a Principal Lead Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Engineer at Anduril in Costa Mesa, CA, you will build a small team of product quality engineers who will work inside & outside the organization to define, design, develop, and deliver data model architectures and analytics capabilities that support CAPA and development quality management. This role combines great analytics capabilities with real-world quality improvements. You will do both and lead the investment for the quality organization across the entire company. The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, sub-system performance criteria and metrology while building confidence with engineers and leaders in the company through objective, evidence base, data analysis.
