As a senior IT project manager, you'll be responsible for leading engineering modernization projects, including the development of business processes, workflows, and enterprise IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and adaptability. You'll incorporate innovative and emergent technologies into solutions, conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts, and integration planning to align with government priorities. Your expertise will help drive seamless integration, compliance, and secure IT operations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including the development of IT solutions that support mission-critical initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and ensure solutions meet compliance and usability standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in IT project management, with hands-on leadership in engineering modernization, business process development, and enterprise IT solutions in government or large enterprise settings
Proven track record incorporating innovative/emergent technologies into projects to deliver transformative outcomes
Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service management
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and agile frameworks
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills for complex, cross-functional projects

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
ITIL 4 Foundation certification
Experience supporting DoD or large federal modernization projects, including AI/emergent tech integrations
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification
Background in risk analysis tools (e.g., @Risk) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Project+)
