This job analyzes business processes and practices and identifies technology opportunities. Employees in this job design and implement information technology solutions to meet customer needs and business goals and strategies. This role will be supporting Power Delivery outage applications and interfaces which connect to the new outage management system ADMS (mission critical system). There are over 20 interfaces to ADMS and 20+ new outage applications that are used by the Power Delivery business unit to conduct restoration activities. This BA will work with all the applications and business owners for this portfolio including Power Delivery, Customer Service, and M&C to enhance the system for future possibilities. This individual will be involved with analyzing business processes and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet the business initiatives. This individual collaborates on an on-going basis with the business and technical project stakeholders and applies proven communications, analytical and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure the project deliverables meet specifications.
