About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a top subject matter expert to lead complex, innovative, and diverse initiatives with companywide impact that are high risk and have significant scope, cost, and benefits. In this role, you will lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex, significant, and companywide challenges, delivering solutions within the Investment Banking functional area that are long term, large scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, as well as coordination of highly complex activities and resolution. You will provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding large scale, companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations. Additionally, you will lead all levels of professionals and managers across the company, serve as an expert advisor within the Investment Banking functional area to leadership, and represent the company externally in industry networking, trade, and technical events.
