Responsibilities

  • Research, analyze and execute on direct infrastructure investments.
  • Lead the full investment process, including origination, opportunity assessment, preparation and presentation of investment recommendations and negotiation of key deal terms.
  • Collaborate with other investment departments across the Fund to deliver investments and manage the portfolio.
  • Manage assets and develop value creation plans by analyzing board materials and collaborating with management teams regarding requests for information and initiative status.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, such as banks and potential investment partners, to share investment priorities and provide initiative status as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 8 years of related work experience; OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 6 years of related work experience.
  • 6 years of experience in preparation and review of detailed infrastructure company financial models.
  • 5 years of experience in development of value creation plans.
  • 5 years of experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including portfolio companies, co-shareholders, banks, advisers and management teams.
  • 5 years of experience in leading Investment Committee discussions on transactions and strategic matters impacting investments.
  • 5 years of experience in financial modeling, PivotTables, and advanced technical analysis using Excel.
