About The Position
As a Principal in Infrastructure at CPPIB America, Inc. in New York, NY, you will research, analyze, and execute direct infrastructure investments. You will lead the full investment process, including origination, opportunity assessment, preparation and presentation of investment recommendations, and negotiation of key deal terms. Collaboration with other investment departments across the Fund is essential to deliver investments and manage the portfolio. You will manage assets and develop value creation plans by analyzing board materials and collaborating with management teams regarding requests for information and initiative status. Additionally, you will communicate with external stakeholders, such as banks and potential investment partners, to share investment priorities and provide initiative status as appropriate. Telecommuting is permitted up to 1 day a week, with international travel required up to 10% and domestic travel required up to 15%.
