About The Position
The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking a highly specialized and complex information systems analyst to perform tasks related to IT strategic planning, business automation planning, business process improvement, and application development. The position involves leading or consulting on complex systems development projects and may include supervising lower-level Information Systems Analysts and other technical staff. The role requires coordination with vendors, development of systems specifications, project management, and oversight of technical documentation. The candidate will also represent the department in interdepartmental meetings and develop contract solicitation documents.
