About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Information Security Analyst to serve as a high-level strategic partner to our business. In this role, you won't just be managing security protocols; you will be the primary liaison between our technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee highly complex analyses of business goals, ensuring that our technology-enabled solutions are perfectly aligned with our operating environment. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping our business process architecture and driving the adoption of value-added solutions across large-scale, complex initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in business analysis and business process design within complex, enterprise-level environments.
  • Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of computer programming concepts and coding languages.
  • Process Expertise: A proven track record in business process re-engineering and optimization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead within team-based environments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Analysis: Lead the design and planning of complex business processes, providing high-level recommendations to optimize global operations.
  • Bridge the Gap: Partner with internal stakeholders to translate sophisticated technology capabilities into clear, business-focused language and requirements.
  • Documentation & Modeling: Develop end-to-end workflows, conceptual data models, process models, and data dictionaries for complex domains.
  • Testing Leadership: Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios and oversee testing efforts to ensure business requirements are fully integrated into system designs.
  • Project Oversight: Guide business analyst activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions align with the "intent of change."
  • Mentorship: Provide work guidance and mentorship to less experienced analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Architecture & Strategy: Create and maintain business process architecture to ensure long-term alignment with organizational technology priorities.
