About The Position
As a Principal Product Manager (IC4) for Nonprofits & Organizations, you will operate as a senior individual contributor responsible for defining industry product strategy, market direction, and business impact for NetSuite ERP. This role owns the product vision and strategic outcomes for the nonprofit sector, operating with significant autonomy and influence across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Executive stakeholders. This position requires deep expertise in nonprofit sector business models, compliance, and impact measurement, with the ability to translate unique requirements—such as grant management, donor stewardship, and program tracking—into scalable, differentiated ERP and AI-driven solutions.
