The Principal Inbound Product Manager for Platform Workflow Automation at ServiceNow is responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and strategy for low-code and no-code workflow features on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the platform's capabilities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a vibrant ecosystem for third-party developers. The position requires a strong focus on customer needs and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

  • Drive vision, roadmap, strategy, and requirements that meet the needs of enterprise customers.
  • Define low-code/no-code workflow features and capabilities, unlocking customer and business use cases.
  • Serve as an evangelist with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a cross-team strategy around data management.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing a business perspective on value during development.
  • Share best practices as a visible product expert, both internally and with customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field enablement, Sales, and User Learning to produce go-to-market materials and training documents.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with low-code workflow automation products.
  • Experience with business process management and digital process automation technology.
  • Ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable outcomes.
  • Comfortable delivering product presentations to large audiences.
  • Proven ability to execute to plan and get things done.
  • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Prior experience with GenAI products and capabilities.
  • Prior experience working with ServiceNow development.
  • Process architecture background or relevant experience.
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Program Management, Lean, or other process methodologies.
  • Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification preferred.
