  • Define and deliver products ensuring secure and governed connectivity between AI agents and enterprise systems.
  • Craft solutions that unify AI governance workflows, authentication, observability, and enterprise automation.
  • Shape industry standards and transform enterprise ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and standards bodies to evolve interoperability.
  • 9+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or platform security.
  • Hands-on involvement in authentication protocols such as SAML, OIDC, MFA, or certificate-based auth.
  • Strong product execution skills, able to define product requirements and write user stories.
  • Experience working with AI technologies and understanding AI-specific security risks.
  • Customer-centric mindset with technical acumen.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Experience working on zero trust security models or adaptive authentication systems.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise platform environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills and discipline to focus on high impact activities.
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements.
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and building customer relationships.
  • Experience in delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Base pay of $163,600 - $286,300.
  • Equity (when applicable) and variable/incentive compensation.
