About The Position

The Principal Consultant in Workforce Transformation at Infosys Consulting will lead and drive the delivery of Human Capital Management (HCM) diagnostic and content work, focusing on HCM Digital and AI strategy development. This role involves significant engagement with business and technology stakeholders to implement HCM transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective change management. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HCM strategy, Target Operating Models, and program content development, particularly within the Energy and Utilities sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's Degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in HCM Transformation and Workforce and Talent Management Transformation/Optimization.
  • Ability to travel majority of the week to multiple local, state, and national client locations.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred.
  • Previous experience leading and delivering Digital HCM and Workforce Management engagement as a big 4 consultant associate or in a large consulting practice.
  • Multiple full lifecycle HCM transformation programs with hands-on experience.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, design and drive HCM Digital Transformation programs including new Target Operating Model definition and execution.
  • Assist with management of client HCM and Talent interactions and expectations, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
  • Project-manage HCM assessment, design and implementation work, managing resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage HCM and WX individuals and teams, tracking performance against objectives and fostering collaboration.
  • Serve as liaison between business clients, project teams, and development teams, providing quality assurance and oversight.
  • Utilize Digital HCM and Workforce Transformation experience to identify complex client issues and broaden client relationships.
  • Work with sales pursuit teams to sell HCM services as part of technology-enabled digital transformation programs.
  • Continue to develop and enhance Infosys' thought leadership and intellectual property in HCM and Workforce Transformation domains.
