About The Position

The Amazon Pharmacy PXT team seeks a strategic HRBP to drive Talent Strategy for Amazon's Pharmacy organization. Amazon Pharmacy is transforming healthcare by making it easier for customers to access affordable medications and healthcare services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive impact in a rapidly evolving organization. In this position you will partner with the various senior executives (VPs and Directors) along with their respective leadership teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness. This role is both a strategic and hands on role including improving organizational effectiveness, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. We are seeking an experienced HRBP who can effectively interact with the senior leadership team, possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and works effectively across multiple key stakeholders. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions. The HRBP in this role is also expected to leverage data to set HR priorities and establish mechanisms to drive change. Strong data acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills will be required to be successful in this role. We work in a dynamic environment and move fast! The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and thrives where there are opportunities to drive improvement and changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience
