About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in a business partner role in the tech industry.
  • 5+ years' experience as a business partner driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including document preparation and data visualization.
  • Previous employee relations and talent assessment experience.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics to support HR plans.

  • Demonstrated achievements in coaching, influencing, and problem-solving.
  • Prior senior HR leadership experience supporting a large, geographically dispersed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop the talent strategy needed to support growth and create a thriving work environment.
  • Collaborate with central HR teams to assess HR needs in performance management, talent acquisition, career development, diversity, and compensation.
  • Function as a consultant to key leaders, translating business needs into HR plans.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment initiatives.
  • Analyze business metrics related to retention and employee experience to recommend improvements.
  • Lead the Organization and Leadership Review focusing on succession planning and talent development.
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning and promotions.
  • Work with the AWS talent acquisition team to build scalable recruiting programs.
