About The Position
Serves as an instructional leader in the areas of curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Promotes a collaborative culture for staff that focuses on growth and development for adults and students. Communicates effectively with all stakeholders. Oversees PBIS as well as applies behavioral systems to maintain a positive learning environment. Possesses a strong knowledge and background with the MTSS process, intervention strategies and progress monitoring, as well as special education services. Actively supports the educational development of each student and the professional development of all staff in alignment with the District's vision and mission.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or beyond with a concentration in education administration
- Valid Ohio Administrative High School Certificate/License
- Credentialed OTES 2.0 Evaluator
Nice To Haves
- Previous High School Principal, Assistant Principal and/or leadership experience preferred
