Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management (HCM) & ERP expertise to join its Healthcare Industry team. This team focuses on demonstrating the value of next-generation SaaS Human Capital Management Applications to Workday prospects and customers. Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings and leveraging deep Human Resource skills and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultants provide HR expertise, executive presentations, and Workday HR product demonstrations in partnership with the sales team throughout the sales cycle. The role operates in a highly complex environment requiring curiosity, flexibility, and drive.
