The Principal GTM Practice Solutions Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for guiding and overseeing the implementation of solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This role takes ownership of translating opportunities into solutions and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals.

  • Specifies market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions.
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with internal and external audiences.
  • Identifies and creates demand for solutions that drive sales and ensures the financial viability for deployment, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
  • Develop and document standard best practices, templates and technical guides.
  • Contribute to updating and maintaining the practice portfolios and associated sales documentation.
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell the product.
  • Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of go-to-market initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitates regular practitioner or delivery training activities on relevant topics and subject matter.
  • Leads and promotes knowledge sharing of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and attend strategic client meetings to support the account teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a similar role within a related technology environment.
  • Significant experience working across multiple technological domains.
  • Ability to create sales and technical presentations and documentation.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Product Marketing experience is required.
  • Fluency in technology-related topics with a natural interest in information services and technology.
  • Extended understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
  • Extended technical, quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • SAFe Agile or Program or Project Management certification(s) is desirable.
  • Relevant technical vendor / technology certification(s) is essential.
  • Extended project management experience.
  • Extended experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions.
