About the role: The Global Electrostatics Engineer will serve as an expert resource advising manufacturing and development engineers across Boston Scientific facilities in the areas of electrostatic discharge (ESD) (safe handling for electronics and for static sensitive chemical handling) and electrostatic attraction (ESA) (particle contamination control). The Global Electrostatics Engineer works collaboratively with different functions (Operations, R&D, Supplier Management, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities, Microbiology, etc.) to find practical solutions. This important position is part of the Global R&D department and works across all divisions and geographies. Work model and sponsorship: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office per week from our Arden Hills, Maple Grove, MN. Galway, Ireland and Coyol, Heredia, Cartago, Costa Rica.
