The Operations, Supply Chain & Quality Finance Department within Raytheon has an immediate opportunity for a strong Overhead analyst who is interested in broadening their network and business acumen while enacting strategic change across OSCQ finance. This role supports various Business Partners within the OSCQ organization and is a key participant for developing quarterly EACs, tracking monthly overhead performance and supporting financial reviews. This position provides the opportunity to work with various levels of management within the organization by implementing consistent and reliable processes, procedures, and reporting in an evolving environment. This position requires that you be proactive and self-motivated with a desire for data analysis.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience in Operations, Program, or Overhead/Indirect finance (managing multiple contracts, Estimate at Complete (EACs))
  • Experience leading and actively participating in meetings
  • Experience with estimating staffing and other elements of cost forecasting
  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, BW, Rplan, Control, etc.), and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own responsibility for Various functional partners and Quarterly EACs.
  • Oversee the details of Budgets including staffing, Direct and Indirect, and OH expenses which includes detailed analysis, trends, and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Help develop and implement process/reporting improvements and forecasting for all stakeholders.
  • Support and coordinate AOP assumptions for assigned Business partner directorate to understand changes, constraints, as well as risks and opportunities to the financial plan.
  • Ensure that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review.
