As a Principal Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will design and develop enterprise applications, lead scalable front-end and back-end development, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex system integration and high-volume data processing challenges.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor for the Fusion Marketing Suite, supporting both customer stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Conduct technical audits, resolve escalated issues, and recommend technical best practices independently.
  • Apply business and technical analysis to solve complex integration and high-volume data processing issues, creating innovative solutions for unique customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to channel client feedback into future product releases.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop tools and automation aligned with project or product requirements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and closure of all technical issues; contribute technical content to deployment guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
  • Facilitate communication across internal engineering, product management, and customer teams.
  • Work in a dynamic, startup-like environment and participate in on-call rotational support as required.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for integrations and product usage to maximize customer value.
  • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and other departments.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics, artificial intelligence, machine learning or related technical field.
  • In-depth expertise in front-end frameworks such as Oracle JET (OJET), React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end technologies such as Java, Scala, Node.js, Spring Boot, and Oracle Helidon.

  • Proven experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and client-server architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web standards.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL & NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and ORM frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and containerization tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions across the entire stack.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
