The Patriot Missile IPT Finance team is seeking a highly motivated Finance professional (P3) to join our global Patriot Missile portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for, but not limited to: Assisting in financial forecasting and reporting, variance analysis, Earned Value Management and compliance, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and partnering with our Operations and Supply Chain counterparts to manage a dynamic Production portfolio. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with Operations finance, Global Supply Chain finance, and various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs. This role is being offered onsite and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done in Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
  • Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
  • Experience with EVMS
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

  • Experience with either Program Controls or Business Operations finance

  • Basic understanding of GSCM/Ops/Quality "Standard Structure"

Responsibilities

  • Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
  • Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
  • Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
  • Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
  • Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
  • Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
  • Various ad hoc exercises
