About The Position

The Principal Financial Analyst position will lead the company-wide financial modeling to support the long-term plan, monthly operating forecasts, and strategic planning processes. The position will perform profitability and trend analysis, determine financing needs, and support bank covenant compliance while providing timely feedback to executives and senior management. This position will also be heavily involved in the financial modeling and valuation of merger and acquisition opportunities and the preparation of the annual operating budget. Ingenuity, strong understanding of the drivers of the Company's lines of business and leadership skills are necessary to drive timely and accurate financial models. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. This is a high profile, high impact opportunity, which involves interaction with CEO, CFO, COO, and Vice-Presidents.
