The Operations Supply Chain and Quality finance team have an immediate opportunity for an analyst to support the Quality and Mission Assurance organization. This role will be the primary analyst supporting overhead reporting, staffing analysis, and financial reviews for a 1,700-person organization. The position requires adaptability and dependability with a desire for data analysis.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with financial systems (SAP, BW, etc.), or similar tools.
  • Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply process improvements.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience analyzing large data sets and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all details of budgets including staffing, Direct and Indirect headcount, Labor Charging, Pool Costs, and OH expenses for the Quality organization.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex deliverables in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive learner and leader – takes initiative, drives improvement, and leads without waiting for direction.
  • Support and coordinate EAC and AOP assumptions for each directorate to understand changes, and/or constraints; as well as risks and opportunities to the financial plan.
  • Ensure that all assignments are prioritized and completed on schedule with adequate time allotted for management review.
  • Help develop and implement process/reporting improvements.
  • Lead close requirements (monthly and quarterly).
  • Perform quick-turn ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
