The Field Project Manager will oversee project management processes for medium-complexity projects or a portfolio of low-complexity projects, fostering a collaborative environment with small to medium-sized teams across various business units. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, supporting customer negotiations, and ensuring project planning processes are completed effectively. The role also requires maintaining project schedules, tracking financials, and managing stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery. Occasional travel to WEC sites and customer locations may be required, including potential international travel.
