About The Position

Client’s Digital Experience team is redefining how patients and customers engage with healthcare through AI -driven innovation, omnichannel strategy, and human -centered design. We are seeking a Principal Experience Designer to lead UX/UI and customer experience strategy across high -impact digital products. This role is both strategic and hands -on—shaping product vision, elevating design standards, and mentoring the next generation of designers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience, with at least 7 years in UX, product design, or experience design.
  • Proven ability to lead full product lifecycle (vision → roadmap → execution → measurement).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross -functional alignment skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the UX/UI and CX design strategy for key digital products within the CX Suite.
  • Translate user needs and business priorities into intuitive, high -performing digital experiences.
  • Lead design vision, standards, experimentation, and innovation workstreams.
  • Collaborate with cross -functional partners (Engineering, Analytics, Business Product Owners) to build aligned product roadmaps.
  • Present and evangelize UX/CX strategy with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Define user needs, prioritize features, and set measurable experience KPIs.
  • Oversee end -to -end design execution—from research through delivery.
  • Mentor junior designers and cultivate a culture of design excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in partnership with Legal, Privacy & Compliance teams.
