The Hartford is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter primarily supporting our Business Insurance and Personal Insurance organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for our executive level (Director level and up) external recruitment and internal talent mobility strategy. The Principal Executive Recruiter will be responsible for client relationship management coupled with managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, including the development and implementation of effective recruitment plans and strategies for external as well as internal searches. With executives as their clients, the Principal Executive Recruiter is expected to bring robust market knowledge to help build an optimal organizational structure and aid in talent decisions with the ultimate goal of building exceptional leadership talent and driving succession capabilities across the organization.
