About The Position

We are seeking a Principal Ethics & Compliance Specialist to join our growing
Ethics & Compliance team. This role is responsible for leading and conducting
prompt, thorough, and impartial internal investigations involving potential
violations of the Code of Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws. The
position focuses heavily on U.S. employee relations and workplace conduct
matters, while also supporting internal investigations more broadly across the
organization, including matters with cross-functional and (as needed)
international focus.

The ideal candidate brings strong investigative judgment, excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive
matters with discretion, fairness, neutrality, and independence. This role
reports to the Manager of Ethics & Compliance and partners closely with Legal,
Human Capital/HR, Employee Relations, Internal Audit, Information Security,
Security, and business leadership.

This role will require 2 days a week presence in office at the Golden Pass
facility in Sabine Pass, TX.
